Our Story
Geis Consulting Group Ltd. was formed in 2005 by Ken Geis in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ken has over 30 years of government experience with several different entities, with his core competencies in budgeting and public finance, public safety, facility and property management, economic development, human resources, intergovernmental relationships, personnel management, policy development, zoning, community planning, and contract negotiation.

Geis Consulting Group Ltd. has experience with individuals as well as private and public organizations. Geis Consulting provides adivsory services, which support department-wide strategies, managing risk and policy compliance, and harnessing business intelligence and analytical capabilities.
